Woodlands of College Station

This student housing complex remodel was completed while a project manager at APT design studio. This was a complete remodel and update of the leasing offices, study areas, clubhouse, fitness center as well as the lobby and restrooms. The existing craftsman architecture was respected, while bringing all of the spaces up to date to provide lighter, much more functional spaces. Cooler tones, fun tile and a bright, punchy color palette keep the space fun and modern. Flooring finish design, furniture and murals were all custom made for this space.
